Getting Fit And Happy

Hi, there! :) I`m Julie, a normal 18 year old girl, from Norway. I believe in dedication, determination and discipline, and on my blog you will be able to follow me through good and bad days on my journey to become fit, healthy and happy about myself and my body :) Stay strong, girls! :)

I love sunny days, kickboxing, running, sailing and cooking delicious healthy food :) And sleeping of course... :)
